Why we care

My journey to create The AIM Group began when I discovered ADHD in my own family and realized how misunderstood the disorder was outside the world of medical and mental health professionals. An MBA and 20 years in business combined with a master’s in psychology and expertise in developmental psychology helped build my unique approach. I manage developmental differences practically, not just from a clinical standpoint.

I share my knowledge with parents, and empower them to achieve their potential. I am not a fan of the ADHD label, but the diagnosis can pinpoint the source of abnormal behaviors and unnecessary struggles. It can also help rule out what isn’t wrong. I focus on a person’s strengths. In ADHD there are many, from creativity to passion to the ability to focus intensely on an activity. There is a real and wonderful person behind every face of ADHD. I am committed to bringing out the best in each of them.  Learn more About Us.
